Connect With Unify Cooperative
Unify Cooperative: Let's Connect!
We're here to listen and connect with our valued members and the Madison County community. Whether you have a question, suggestion, or simply want to learn more about Unify Cooperative, we encourage you to reach out!
Local Communication Channels
While it may seem like a lot of information, in today's world we need to protect the integrity of our organization, protect cooperative members privacy, and be transparent with the public as a nonprofit.
Email: We prioritize local/national and international communication using email. For inquiries or messages specifically for the Executive Council or Board Members, please use our secure local email address which utilizes a DMARC policy and the MTA-STS standard on the Globcal Network. Our email contact address is contact@unifycoop.org
DMARC policies allows a sender's domain to indicate that their email messages are protected by SPF and/or DKIM, and tells a receiver what to do if neither of those authentication methods passes – such as to reject the message or quarantine it.
SPF (Sender Policy Framework) is an email authentication standard that helps protect senders and recipients from spam, spoofing, and phishing.
DKIM is a standard email authentication method that adds a digital signature to outgoing messages. Receiving mail servers that get messages signed with DKIM can verify messages actually came from the sender, and not someone impersonating the sender.
MTA-STS, which stands for Mail Transfer Agent Strict Transport Security, is an email standard that secures inbound email and prevents attackers from exploiting a weakness in standard SMTP security.
Telephone: For time-sensitive matters or those requiring a personal touch, please call us at [Phone Number]. Our office hours will be posted here once our local office is established, operational, and open to visitors.
In-Person Visits: We prefer and welcome in-person visits! Our location is 2036 Big Hill Road located directly opposite the Indian Fort Theater on the eastern edge of Berea, Kentucky. Please note that for security purposes, it's best to schedule an appointment in advance by calling or emailing us if your matter is business related. We also welcome transparent notifications using the social media by non-members that wish to visit our gallery and museum at the property (once it is built, of course).

For Our Members
A Secure Private Communication Platform
As a member-owned cooperative, we prioritize secure, private, and efficient communication. We utilize a combination of Google Workspace and Workvivo by Zoom to create a decentralized autonomous platform for member communication and collaboration. This ensures a safe and reliable space for member discussions and project coordination.
Important Disclaimer (No-Spam)
This contact page is intended for legitimate inquiries and communication from Madison County residents and Unify Cooperative members. We have a zero-tolerance policy for spam. Spam is not only a nuisance, but it's a punishable offense in the United States. The CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 allows recipients of unsolicited commercial emails (UCE) to seek reimbursement for the time and effort spent dealing with such emails. Simply put, if you send us spam, you will be billed a minimum of $100 per email. Our systems track email headers to identify senders, and these debts will be attached to the responsible parties.
Let's work together to build a thriving and spam-free community!
