Fulfilling Court-Ordered Community Service
The Unify Cooperative recognizes the importance of restorative justice and second chances. We offer court-designated community service opportunities for individuals fulfilling court-ordered community-service requirements. These opportunities provide a structured environment to contribute to the community in a meaningful way.
Structure and Support
During weekdays, when our regular volunteer schedules are less crowded, we offer court-designated service workers a safe and supportive environment to complete their court-mandated hours. Our dedicated staff will provide clear instructions, ongoing support, and opportunities to learn new skills and fulfill court ordered requirements. Each case will be handled like a job interview and those who are permitted to fulfill their court ordered community service with us will be held accountable much like a regular job.
Mutual Benefit
While fulfilling their court-ordered requirements, individuals can gain valuable experience and develop a sense of accomplishment. They'll contribute to the positive development of the "Daniel Boone Legacy" while potentially discovering new interests and skills.
Strict Regulations and Accountability
We have clear guidelines and expectations for all volunteers, these regulations are exceeded with court-designated community service workers. These guidelines ensure safety, project efficiency, and a positive experience for everyone involved. We have a zero-tolerance policy on the consumption of ihebriants and drugs, so consider this a forewarning. Accountability is essential, and we work closely with court officials to track progress and ensure successful completion of court-ordered service.
Borrowing Best Practices
We've researched successful programs that integrate court-designated service workers and have incorporated best practices into our approach. This includes providing clear expectations, offering opportunities for skill development, and fostering a supportive environment.
Focus on Transformation
While court-ordered service is a requirement, we believe in fostering a sense of purpose and positive transformation. By offering meaningful tasks and supportive interactions, we hope to contribute to a positive rehabilitative experience.
Completion and Recommendation Letter
Anyone that works with us for more than 100 hours, can receive a recommendation letter or completion certificate upon request.
